Shirt Circuit Artwork Requirements

Screen Printing is a process that involves separating each color of an image into an individual file. Once each color is isolated, a screen is exposed through a photographic process and prepared for the press, where the screens are aligned to produce the final image. At Shirt Circuit, we charge an initial fee to set up the screens the first time you order a print. The fee is $10 per color for a small image, or $15 per color for a full size image. Once you have purchased your screens, will retain the screens in our files, and you won't have to pay for the screens the next time you order. We use specific computer software to process the graphics. For details of what formats to provide, click here:

Embroidery may require specially digitized graphics for stitching. Once a file is digitized for an order, we will retain the logo on disk so you can use it the next time around. There is an initial fee to digitize a logo which depends on the complexity of the image. Some projects such as simple type and pre-programmed logos do not require digitizing. Common projects for special groups may have specific prices.
